1. About this platform
Lensmark is a directory that connects customers with photographers and studios. We are not a party to any booking or contract between a customer and a photographer.
2. Payments & safety
Lensmark does not process or hold payments between customers and photographers. Never pay any advance or fee before verifying a photographer's identity and work. Any payment you make is entirely at your own risk and directly between you and the photographer.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and verify your email. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, post misleading content, or are reported for fraud.
4. Photographer content
Photographers are responsible for the work, prices and details they post and confirm they have the right to display them. Misrepresentation may result in removal.
5. Premium
Premium placement boosts a photographer's visibility and unlocks direct contact features. It does not imply endorsement or verification of quality by Lensmark.
6. Privacy
When you send an enquiry, we store your name, phone, email and message and share them with the photographer you contacted so they can respond. We use this only to facilitate your enquiry and to keep the platform safe. We do not sell your data.
7. Liability
Lensmark is provided "as is". We are not liable for the conduct of any photographer or customer, the quality of any work, or any loss arising from bookings or payments made outside the platform.
